RSPB Bromley are a friendly membership group bringing people together to enjoy and learn about wildlife. They have monthly programmes which include entertaining talks, and the next one is on Wednesday 14 October: The Wildlife of the Seychelles.
The group will hear from Glenda Law, a widely travelled naturalist based in Surrey. She’ll present a talk on the Seychelles in her own entertaining and individual style. As well as birds, her talk will include reptiles, flora and the local scenery in these fascinating islands.
As the weather is turning colder and the evenings are getting darker, there’s probably no better time to hear about the Seychelles, a group of islands off the eastern coast of Africa in the western Indian Ocean – sandy beaches, turquoise seas, giant tortoises and more.
