The Age UK Bromley and Greenwich is hosting an event to celebrate the International day for Older People on Thursday 1 October, 10am to 4pm at Community House, South Street, Bromley, BR1 1RH.
The event includes lots of activities:
- 10 – 10:45am, Chair based exercise class
- 10:50 – 11:35am, Music therapy
- 11:40 – 12:25am, Drama workshop
- 12:30 – 1:15pm, Fun, mindful cake decorating
- 2 – 2:40pm, Connaught Opera performance
- 3:15 – 4pm, Crafting for the Downe House Christmas Wreath
There will be refreshments available throughout the day and buffet style lunch at 12.30pm in the Community House café.
Plus: in the cafe there will be people to talk to, and advice from both handymen and nurses.
