RSPB talk: The Birds of Kirindy Forest

RSPB Bromley are a friendly membership group bringing people together to enjoy and learn about wildlife. They have monthly programmes which include entertaining talks, free local walks and day trips to the best nature reserves. All their events are open to everyone – members and non-members alike. Their next talk is on Wednesday 9 September: The Birds of Kirindy Forest, a talk by Dr Clive Nuttman

Kirindy Forest is a dry deciduous forest covering about 12,000 hectare in western Madagascar. The forest lies within the boundaries of Kirindy Mitea National Park, an excellent destination for birding with over 68 endemic species, including endangered ones. Clive worked in the forest for several years and he’ll share his knowledge of the fascinating bird life in this talk.
