As always, we share news about roadworks when we get them. Sometimes it’s a little later than you might expect, but we’re all doing our best.
Hayes Road, Bromley update
SGN are working on the first phase of their road closure at Hayes Road, currently between Hayes Lane and Cameron Road.
The second phase of the works is scheduled to start week commencing 14 September which sees their traffic management change to a full three way road closure at the junction of Hayes Road and Cameron Road. SGN have said they are facing some engineering difficulties, so the second phase start date may be pushed back.
Other un-planned works due to finish today
Thames Water have two sets of emergency works in place nearby…
- Letchworth Drive (junction with Cameron Road) being managed under temporary traffic signals – these are due to be cleared by the end of Sunday.
- Hayesford Park Drive (junction with Mereworth Close) being managed under temporary traffic signals – these are due to be cleared by the end of Sunday.
