The councillors have let us know that the emergency roadworks at Pickhurst Lane are still ongoing:
“Unfortunately, when Thames Water attended site, a further leak was identified within the excavation. The leak will be repaired over the weekend with reinstatement commencing shortly afterwards. The lights are now likely to be in place until close of play on Tuesday.”
Meanwhile, Thames Water have imposed a hosepipe ban, which is still ongoing.
