The roadworks to replace a gas main at Hayes Lane have been extended until early September 2026, as SGN have found another gas main that needs replacing.
SGN have agreed to manually operate the traffic signals on the upcoming Bromley FC home games (Millwall on Tuesday 28 July and QPR on Friday 31 July). SGN will also manually operate the signals on scheduled Bromley FC games throughout August and September too.
SGN have also located additional work that is required at the Hayes Lane / Mead Way roundabout, which will require a full road closure of Mead Way and Hayes Lane. They are in early discussions for this to be completed during this school summer holiday period. When this has been decided, we’ll let you know.
