Visit SJ’s tomorrow, Wednesday 6 May, for tea and cake – all to raise awareness and support for families and individuals affected by dementia. The cake sale is on from 10am to midday.
Dementia Awareness session
Bromley Dementia Friendly Community and Biggin Hill Safer Neighbourhood Panel have also planned a Dementia Awareness session on Saturday 16th May, 10am – 12pm at New Life Church, Main Road, Biggin Hill, TN16 3BB. Join them for a cuppa and cake and learn more about dementia.
Free guided woodland walks
For support, exercise and companionship, there are also free, friendly, Guided Woodland Walks in West Wickham. Taking place each Saturday and Wednesday, the walks are open to:
- Anyone aged 60 and over
- Family caregivers (any age, due to any condition, with or without the person they care for)
- Bereaved carers (any age, due to any condition)
- People living with dementia
