A creative cuppa, community and connection

If you know someone who would enjoy an afternoon of community, connection and crafting, then take note. Bev, therapist from Woodland Mindfulness, and the person behind the creative mornings at SJ’s, is running a new series of free creative workshops.

Designed to support mental health and wellbeing, each week there’s a new ‘craft challenge’ to get the creative juices flowing and engage your imagination. You can even paint in watercolours if that’s what you prefer.

The sessions take place at:
Trinity Church, North Room, Church Lane, Bromley Common.
They run from 1pm to 2.45pm, with doors opening at 12.45pm, on the following dates:

  • 21 April
  • 28 April
  • 5 May
  • 12 May

Spaces are limited, so please email Bev to book in advance: woodlandmindfulness@gmail.com
