Creativity for Wellbeing at SJ’s

Join Bev, Therapist from Woodland Mindfulness, every Monday during term-time at SJs in Coney Hall from 10.00-11.30am for Art for Well-being.

This supportive and encouraging group meets together to gently develop their creative skills. Each week, the group explores different artistic techniques including pencil drawing, pencil colouring and watercolour.

This is not a formal art class but a community space where each person goes on their own journey of creative discovery. Gentle guidance is offered to support you as you explore and play with colours and creativity.

It’s a pay-what-you-can session, with a suggested donation of £5 to cover refreshments and resources. For bookings, contact Woodlandmindfulness@gmail.com

SJ’s hold lots of other creative sessions, so do keep an eye on their website, or pop in to find out more.
