This morning the councillors let us know that Layhams Road will be closed while UKPN carry out emergency repairs to a low voltage cable affecting the supply of several homes.
The road was closed yesterday near the junction of Green Acres and is likely to remain closed until the end of the week. Local signed diversions are in place.
