The councillors have let us know that Riney will be closing various sections of Shire Lane on Thursday 4 December while they complete carriageway repairs.
This will be a rolling road closure, with the road closure moving up and along the road once each repair has been completed.
The road closure will be in place from 9:15pm on Thursday 4 December until 5am on Friday 5 December (overnight). Local signed diversions will be in place for motorists.
