The next Hayes & Coney Hall Safer Neighbourhoods Panel Meeting is taking place on Wednesday 3rd December. Peter, one of our Committee members, will be attending and representing our Residents Association.
The Safer Neighbourhoods Panel comprises of the local Police Team, Local Councillors, the Senior Ranger for West Wickham Common and representatives of Hayes, Coney Hall and Keston residents.
The Panel meets on a quarterly basis. The Police Team provides an update on crime figures and other police related issues.
Panel members have the opportunity to raise issues affecting their areas for discussion. Based on these discussions, the Panel agrees on the priorities for the Police Team for the next 3 months.
The current priorities are: Vehicle Crime, Anti-Social Behaviour and Speeding.
