National Self-Care Week: 17 – 23 November

National Self-Care Week is an annual awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self-care across communities, families and generations. This year, it’s running from 17 – 23 November.

From getting the right nutrition to adopting a more active lifestyle, supporting mental wellness and finding new ways to connect with people, the week focuses on the many benefits of taking care of both mind and body.

Bromley actually got started on their programme of events in October, but this week it’s really ramping up across the borough. From local walk and talks, to mending clinics and sports events, dungeons & dragons, drama and drop-ins, there’s a lot going on.
