It might not feel very festive at the moment (hello, rain), but this weekend could change that. On Sunday 16 November, there’s a special event to celebrate switching on the Christmas lights in Bromley.
The festivities start at The Glades from 1pm to 2pm, where families can enjoy live entertainment, children’s activities and the moment they light the Christmas tree in the Central Atrium at 1:30pm.
Afterwards, the celebrations continue on Bromley High Street from 2pm to 6:30pm, with an afternoon and evening full of festive fun for all ages – including live stage performances from local schools and groups, roaming entertainers, a Christmas Market, festive food and drinks, and funfair rides.
