On Saturday 25 October, Bromley Central Library are holding an event to showcase the incredible talent, culture, and contributions of the African and Caribbean community, right here in Bromley. It’s from 14:30 to 19:00, and it’s free! It’s a celebration for all ages, backgrounds, and communities.

- Inspiring Talks & Workshops – explore Black history, heritage, and the resources available in your library.
- Wellbeing & Community Support – free health and wellness checks, plus important awareness around sickle cell and blood donations.
- Culture in Motion – enjoy the rhythm of live drumming, uplifting dance performances, and interactive creative workshops.
- Flavours of the Diaspora – indulge in delicious hot food, sweets, and treats.
- Networking & Connections – meet new people, share ideas, and celebrate our community spirit.
