Sewing circle + knit & natter

West Wickham Library has got lots of events for babies, toddlers and children, including Baby Bounce, Stay and Play and Lego Club. But did you know there are events for adults too? If you’re the crafty type, read on:

Sewing Circle Community Event
People of all sewing disciplines and levels of expertise are invited to come together to form a sewing community to share skills and experience with each other. Mending skills and upcycling are encouraged but this is also about encouraging skill sharing of various traditional skills like embroidery, quilting, tapestry, cross stitch and more.
The next session is on Tuesday 7 October 10am – 12pm
It’s a free group open to all, but booking is essential. Book your ticket online.
It takes place at the Library, Glebe Way, West Wickham, Greater London, BR4 0SH

Knit & Natter
A social crafting session where knitting needles click and chatter flows as freely as the yarn. A free session, with no booking needed. Take your latest project with you and knit (or crochet) in good company.
Friday 10 October 2:30pm – 4pm
It also takes place at the Library, Glebe Way, West Wickham, Greater London, BR4 0SH
