Sadly we’ve heard more than one report of thefts from vans in the neighbourhood. The most recent was on Sylvan Way today. If you have a van, or you are having building work done, please make sure the vans are locked when they’re unattended (even if it’s for a moment) and nothing important is kept inside overnight.
The latest reports suggest there are 3 men in a silver or grey car, and they are wearing balaclavas. Remember: Report crime by calling 101, or in an emergency call 999. You can also report crime online: www.met.police.uk
