Did you know that Greener and Cleaner in Bromley host a wide variety of community events for adults and children? The Hub is located upstairs on the upper mall of The Glades shopping centre, Bromley, next door to Waterstones, HMV and opposite The Entertainer.
Just this weekend for example, there’s a free craft morning on Saturday, where children of all ages can make a friendly fish. On Sunday, there’s a free chess and boardgames afternoon – whether you’re a seasoned board game pro or just looking to learn something new, take the chance to unwind and enjoy some classic games with good company.
There’s a calendar of events which includes everything from a weekly mending clinic, to a knit and crochet group, to a teddy & soft toy hospital.
You can also meet and chat to other people interested in sustainability, and find out how to grow your own food. Something for everyone! And definitely worth remembering if you’re looking for activities to do over the summer.
