It’s a beautiful day in Coney Hall today, so if you’ve already seen the bluebells in Well Wood and you fancy a local stroll, don’t forget Saint John’s Church (off Layhams Road) is having an Open Afternoon.
From 2pm to 5pm, visitors can:
- View the registers for baptisms, marriages and burials
- Meet and hear the bell ringers
- Follow a guide to the building and churchyard
- Watch a flower arranging demonstration (3pm to 4pm)
- Have fun with a children’s quiz
- Enjoy cream teas and cakes
- … and more!
