Clerk required for the Assembly Halls

The Assembly Halls on Gates Green Road are overseen by the Coney Hall Trust. A large number of local groups and organisations meet at the halls regularly and they also provide rooms for meetings, parties, etc. (Including our Annual General meeting on Tuesday!)

The Coney Hall Trust was set up over 80 years ago to oversee the future of the Assembly Rooms. The Trust is a registered charity with The Charity Commission and accounts and reports are lodged with them each year.

Now the Trust is looking for a new Clerk to The Trustees. It’s a great opportunity for someone who lives locally:

About you
You’ll need knowledge of Sage Line 50, PAYE.
Ideally, you’ll live locally.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management and administration of the halls, liaising with Trustees, staff and customers. This is a paid role, for 25 hours a week, over 5 days.
