The Hayes Wick Primary Care Network (PCN) comprises of 5 general practices in Bromley: Addington Road Surgery, Station Road Surgery, Forge Close Surgery, Pickhurst Surgery and Wickham Park Surgery. With increased demand and a shortage of clinical staff, practices collaborate through the primary care networks to provide greater, more personalised care for patients.
The Connected Living Café is designed for the over 60s registered with a GP in the Hayes and West Wickham area. Held on Tuesday mornings at Medhurst Hall, Sussex Road, West Wickam, BR4 0JX, here’s their timetable of events for February through to April:
- 4 February: Meet the Team, with Lisa Sutherland (PCN)
- 18 February: 5 Ways into Wellbeing, with Cat and Erica, Social Prescribers
- 4 March: Proactive Care in the Community, with Bromley Healthcare ICM Matrons
- 18 March: Vital 5, with Bromley MyTime
- 1 April: Falls Prevention, with Bromley Healthcare Falls Team
- 15 April: Stay Safe Online, with Bromley Safer Neighbourhood Team
Every session runs from 11am to 1pm. For more information, contact the Primary Care Network directly, or ask at the surgery.
Don’t forget, if you need to see a GP at Addington Road, the app is still the quickest way to get in touch. Find out how to use the NHS app to see your GP.
