The councillors have let us know about the latest local roadworks. Avoid them if you can, and leave a bit more time if you can’t.
Urgent Thames Water Works At Hayes Lane
Thames Water are working under temporary traffic signals at Hayes Lane, Hayes, while they make urgent repairs to a water leak. The roadworks are in place at the roundabout with Mead Way and the entrance to Norman Park car park. The works are likely to remain in place until Sunday 12 January.
Urgent Thames Water Works At Pickhurst Lane
Thames Water are also working under temporary traffic signals at Pickhurst Lane, West Wickham, outside Pickhurst Junior Academy, while they complete urgent works to replace a resident’s water supply. Thames Water worked here before Christmas and are working on the opposite side of the carriageway now.
These works are also expected to be in place until Sunday 12 January.
