Our friends at Hayes (Kent) Village Association (HKVA) have told us the sad news that they are closing after 91 years of service. The HKVA Committee has passed a resolution to this effect, and a Special General Meeting (SGM) has been scheduled to ratify the decision:

Stephen White, HKVA Chair, says: “The SGM is open to all Hayes residents and offers an opportunity for the community to formally confirm this resolution. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate in this important discussion about the future of the Association’s legacy.”
