Bromley PANDAS is a FREE calm and inclusive community for expectant, new and not-so-new parents experiencing mental health challenges before or after baby’s arrival. Meeting in Coney Hall, they’re affiliated with the PANDAS Foundation (a national charity for perinatal mental illness and support). The group meets on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
Ellie, the group facilitator says: “We are a local peer support group of expectant, new and not-so-new parents who have or are experiencing mental health challenges before or after baby’s arrival. We are here for everyone – those who are having a tricky day, those feeling a bit low, those who want to maintain their mental health as a new parent, those wanting to connect and share as part of their self-care – you don’t have to have a diagnosis, be rock bottom or be referred. All feelings and experiences to do with parenthood are welcome.”
